SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPMENTS
Delivery costs will be charged only once for each order placed. The delivery time estimated by us, in agreement with the Courier, is 24/48 working hours in Italy with the exception of the islands where the estimated delivery time is 72 working hours. We do our best to meet the delivery deadlines, but delays can sometimes occur due to circumstances relating to the courier, logistical problems or adverse weather conditions. We will endeavor to provide timely updates and it should still be possible to track the progress of your package in these cases. All orders can be tracked. At the time of delivery, the Customer (or his delegate) must:
1) check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the delivery note;
2) check that the packaging and its seals are intact, not damaged, not wet or altered in any way;
3) if requested by the Courier, show an identity document. Any damage to the packaging and / or the Products or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported in writing on the Courier's delivery note.
Where permitted by current legislation, once the Courier's document has been signed without the Customer having raised any objections, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of the package. delivered; it is understood that the Customer may also raise objections subsequently, in accordance with the provisions of the following article 12 if such disputes concern the Products.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1.1 Pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specify the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Customer (or his / her delegate to receive the Products) materially comes into possession of the Products themselves or, in the case of split delivery, from the day on which the Customer materially enters possession of the last Product. No returns or refunds can be made for undergarments. 1.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send by e-mail or traditional post, within the term provided in the previous article 1.1: • a communication highlighting the Customer's intention to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code; this communication must contain the following information:
1) indication of the Product for which the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal;
2) order number. The communication must be sent to the following address: Via Don Cocchi 14, Druento (TO) 10040 By email: resibasilissa@gmail.com
1.3 Within 14 (fourteen) days from the notice of withdrawal (sent in accordance with the previous article 1.2), the Customer must return the purchased Products to BASILISSA by sending them to the following address, choosing the most appropriate shipping method for the value of the products to be sent to the following address: Via Carlo Casale 17/8 Druento (TO) 10040. Unless otherwise indicated on the Site, the costs for returning the Products to BASILISSA are charged to the Customer. The Products must be returned intact, unused, undamaged and with the labels still attached. In case of depreciation of the Products, due to their manipulation that is not strictly necessary to verify their nature and characteristics, BASILISSA reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of the Products. The Customer is solely responsible for any decrease in the value of the Product due to handling of the Product other than that necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics and functioning.
1.4 BASILISSA will refund in full the sums paid by the Customer within 14 (fourteen) days. If you wish to return the entire order and have paid the shipping costs, the cost of delivery will be refunded. If you intend to return only part of the order, the shipping costs will not be refunded. The refund will be made within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which BASILISSA will have received the Products returned by the Customer. This refund will be made by BASILISSA with the same payment methods used by the Customer for the initial transaction.
GENERAL INFO
The items you return must not have been worn, must be in their original condition and will be inspected once received. We do our best to accept all returns received. All items must be returned to us with the original label still attached, but do not need to be returned in their original packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items to be returned are packed in such a way that they do not get damaged in transit. In the unlikely event that a return is received in an unacceptable condition, we may have to return it to the sender without refund. If we do not receive the return of a canceled order, we may have to arrange the collection of the same at your expense.
And after the required deadlines?
We do not accept returns of unwanted items returned after the above time periods. If you ship a return after the requested timeframe, we may have to return it to the sender and ask you to cover the cost of shipping.
Hygienic conditions
Your and all of our customers' hygiene and safety are essential and for these reasons some products cannot be returned, including:
Underwear and swimwear
None of these rules affect your statutory rights.
Original condition
All returned items must be sent back in their original condition along with the original packaging and with all BASILISSA tags.
Returned items are carefully checked once they are received at the warehouse. Of course, it's fine to try on an item like you would in a store but we kindly ask you not to wear it for longer. When trying on a new item it is important to use some caution (do not use excessive force on zippers and seams) and not to wear makeup, perfumes or deodorants as they can leave stains and odors on the item. If an item is returned damaged, with signs of use, in unsuitable condition for sale or in any case where the above instructions have not been followed, a refund will not be possible and we may have to send the item back (and ask you to cover the cost of shipping).
Alternatively, we may decide (in our sole discretion) to reduce the refund to cover any decrease in the value of the returned item. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.
Proper use Where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, including, for example, unfounded complaints about missed orders and missing items or in case of too high a number of returns (much, much higher than even our most loyal customer could normally reach) or again, in case we have to refuse many returns from the same customer due to items worn / used before being returned or not corresponding to those ordered, we may have to make the decision to withhold a refund and deactivate the related account and all any accounts associated with it.
Please note that we reserve the right to take legal action if the returned items do not match those ordered.
